Damaged Products
If your product arrived damaged, you have 30 calendar days to return it from the date you received it. To request a replacement due to product damage, just fill out our Return a Product form. Be sure to provide a photo best showing the damage or defect and a short description. An InScribe representative will instruct you on further actions that may be needed. Upon approval by InScribe, you will be shipped a replacement for the damaged product. You will not be charged for shipping.
In case a photo is not sufficient to determine defect or damage, we may ask you to send us the product for further inspection.
Personalized Forever Guaranteed
InScribe will replace any Awesome THIS! product that we confirm by visual inspection to have defects in materials or workmanship.
Damages due to normal wear and tear (e.g. fading or scratching), accidental or intentional misuse are not covered.
To submit a guarantee request please fill out our Return a Product form. Be sure to provide a photo best showing the defect and a short description. An InScribe representative will instruct you on further actions that may be needed.
A flat fee of $5.99 will be charged for the cost shipping and handling on any replacements approved by InScribe.
